4:00-5:00 Rising Stars (Ages 5+)(by invitation only)

4:30-5:30 Heroes (Ages 7+)

5:00-6:30 Superstars (by invitation only)

4:30-5:15 Tiny Tots (Parent & Tot Class; Ages 1-2)

4:45-5:30 Mighty Tots (Ages 3-4)

  • 1-2 year olds

    This is a parent and tot recreational class

  • 3-4 year old, recreational class

  • 5+ year old, recreational class

  • 6+ year old, recreational class

  • By invitation only. This class is an intermediate & noncompetitive class and is offered to gymnasts ages 5-9 that focuses on building a strong gymnastics foundation. Gymnasts will learn a variety of skills as well as work to improve strength and flexibility. This class will serve as both a bridge to competitive gymnastics as well as a class for those who are just interested in building their recreational gymnastics skills. This class will offer the best of both worlds.

  • In SuperStars, our primary focus is to establish a solid foundation in the sport of gymnastics. We will build on the fundamentals essential for competitive gymnastics. Our athletes will develop passion, skill, and a deep understanding of gymnastics, paving the way for potential advancement to the Catalyst competitive gymnastics team.

    A gymnast's time in this class is based on several things like, behavior, coachability, skill readiness, and maturity. Progression through the class will be tailored to individual commitment and engagement.

    It's important to note that participating in the SuperStars class does not guarantee an invitation to join our competitive team. However, this class is designed with the ultimate goal of preparing gymnasts for the world of competitive gymnastics.
